I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If a slate comes broken to you please message me straight away. If the slate is chipped on the corner or is incorrect in anyway I will request the slate is broken in half for either another slate to be sent out or a refund. Bearing in mind the material slate is natural with uneven and rough edging. Colour on slate may vary, no piece of slate is the same. Slates may have darker then lighter sections on them. From time to time the slates may have pieces of gold running through rest assured this does not ruin the slate or design, I would say it makes it more unique. Please bare all this in mind when ordering
